The Eraser Company is a 100+ year-old manufacturing company building machines used for the wire and cable industries.

● Meet weekly with CEO to discuss corporate priorities and work with COO on budget planning and account accruals.

● Oversee project management across IT, engineering, sales and marketing and manufacturing.

● Manage IT team responsible for development, support, operations, and systems administration.

● Created leadership and development plans, project plans, and set budgets for department managers.

● Decreased licensing costs by consolidating Infor SyteLine ERP/MRP applications to a single SyteLine solution.

● Led several SyteLine upgrades with introduction of custom forms and reports in Crystal Reports and Microsoft SRSS.

● Developed .Net time clock for integration into Syteline for real-time posting of time on jobs decreasing manual input of time by Plant Manager.

● Led implementation of multiple dashboards (PHP, JavaScript, SQL Server) to provide real-time views of productivity, inventory status, sales, and shipping information for executives.

● Implemented new plans for network security, off-site backup (with redundant servers), disaster recovery, and virtualization of physical servers.
